Villa Enterprises CEO Anthony Scotto says in a news release the space is 'reinvented' and will deliver fresh meals and a fully stocked bar. Expect steel-making-themed murals, international dishes at an all-you-can-eat buffet, pizza, a pasta station, sushi and carved meats, according to the release.

Villa Enterprises is also behind The Market Gourmet Express food court at Sands casino, which opened in 2009, and Croissanterie, which offers coffee, croissants and baguettes, and opened this summer.

General Manager Bobby Howell says the event is open to the public, and folks can expect live music, passed hors d'oeuvres and cocktail specials that run 3 to 6 p.m.
Howell says the menu is eclectic with 'flavor profiles from the Mediterranean, Asia and Thailand.'
'It's casual, bistro-style cuisine with a world twist,' he says.
